How I do it

During your very generous first visit we took notice of everything you said and have put into practice the techniques advised. Poppy has responded so well that we cancelled the follow up visit as there was nothing for you to do.

I would like to say that the way you interacted with Poppy showed us how bright she was and this gave us more confidence in the way we interacted with her and we know she has noticed that as well. Thanks so much! Maureen and Ricky.

Graeme says - Note to self: Doh!! I really must stop being too effective for my own good! (Only joking. Actually I've built my reputation on being able to fix dog training and dog behaviour problems quickly and effectively for people, so happy clients recommend me all the time. That's fine by me!)
