Hi Graeme, I just wanted to let you know that we had our best dog walk ever this weekend. He didn't pull me around at all - like stopping at every lampost - and was happy just to follow me.

He was in the zone of just walking and I gave him 10 out of 10 for every dog we passed. Even meeting the excitable dog that was off the lead was OK. I will keep on with the top tips I learnt from you as they have made him a happier dog and me a happier dog owner. Thank you so much for your help!

(Note from Graeme: 'Happier dog and happier owner' - That's what I strive for! 8yr old 'staffie' Pancho had been attacked and he'd become very fearful and sometimes aggressive towards other dogs on the lead before we met. Luckily, it's certainly NOT true that 'you can't teach an old dog new tricks'!) Added 18th November 2010
