I'm always saying that dog training is as much about training people as dogs, so when clients Alison and Tony asked if I could help Tony's Mum to get over her terror of Rottweilers I was happy to help. The photo you see here...

The photo you see here is the result of only 30 mins walking with me and my boy Axel, gradually building up to this moment when Pauline took over the lead, walking the big fella with no one by her side. Axel's a calm, balanced, well-mannered dog. He knows the score.
There's a good reason Poodle owner Pauline wanted to get over her fear - Alison and Tony have a Rottweiler themselves, which made life very difficult for Pauline when she visited. (Not that the dog meant to, you understand - She was just being boisterous and clumsy as she demanded affection from poor terrified Grandma!)
As you can see in the photo, far from looking terrified now, Pauline's looking quite pleased with her dog training skills. How lovely!
If you'd like a calm, balanced and well-mannered Mother In Law too, just call me. I'm sure I can help. (I can even train your dog while I'm there.)
