Jackson Makes The Grade! |

It's always nice to hear back from happy clients (and happy dogs), so I was delighted to receive this photo from Elaine and Steve Underwood after this week's puppy classes..
 Jackson, seen here trying to lick my chin, gained his Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen Puppy Award this week at the Dogfather Puppy Classes. Elaine was so delighted to be presented with the certificate and rosette, she promptly had her son record the moment for posterity on his camera phone - and here's the result, in glorious grainy technicolor! In case you were wondering, Jackson's a Schnauzer cross West Highland Terrier. (A 'Wauzer', I believe. Or was it a 'Schnestie'..?).
The Underwoods have done a great job. They attended every class, followed my advice every week, and the results speak for themselves. Quite apart from the certificate and rosette, which is always nice to have, the real achievement is a lovely, happy little dog who's well on the way to being a well behaved canine good citizen.
No wonder we both look happy here.. That's well worth smiling about, I reckon!
