A Paw Bigger Than My Hand!

I've been dog training with Great Danes a lot recently and when this big boy dropped his paw on my hand to say hello I thought 'There's a photo if I ever saw one!'. Denzil's the sort of dog...

Great Dane's Paw Is Bigger Than Mine!

Denzil's the sort of dog that makes an impression. He's only a 10 month old puppy (Eek!) but he's a big boy and a real gentle giant too, as Danes usually are. Trouble is, he's discovered he can use his considerable weight to drag people around on the lead. Just for fun.

No problem! Trying to out-muscle him is never going to work BUT if he wants to walk nicely alongside us, he certainly will. That's where I come in with a little lead training. I must be having a Great Dane week as client Debi from Nuneaton sent me this great update on her two dogs almost two years after I last saw them.
